Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to any Explore customer, aged 18 or over, who has returned from an Explore trip since 01 January 2023 and completed a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire.
2. Employees of Explore Worldwide Ltd (“Explore”) and their families, employees of Hotelplan UK Ltd (“HPL”), or anyone else professionally associated with the promoter, are not eligible to take part.
3. The promotional period commences on 01 January 2023 and closes at Explore’s discretion.
4. No purchase is necessary. To enter the prize draw, individuals must return a fully completed Customer Satisfaction Survey on or after 01 Jan 2023.
5. Lost, late, incomplete or incomprehensible entries or those containing offensive content will be deemed invalid. The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (or other), which impede an entry being submitted correctly and/or in full. No robot or automated entries will be accepted. Only one entry per unique valid email address is eligible and duplicate entries will be deleted. Explore’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. One prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received in the six months prior to the draw date, by an Explore representative, every six months, commencing 30 June 2023. The prize winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw.
7. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable or should the winner be unable to accept their prize within 20 working days of being notified, it will be deemed that the winner has forfeited their prize and Explore reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn from all remaining eligible entries.
8. Explore reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification before issuing the prize. Confirmation of the prize will be sent by post to the winner’s email address within 10 working days of the winner’s acknowledgment.
9. The prize is an Explore Voucher, in the form of an e-voucher, for the value of £1000 GBP* (or $1200 USD/$1700 CAD/€1100 EUR/$1950 AUD/$2100 NZD depending on the winner’s resident country). There is no cash alternative.
10. The voucher can be used in full or in part payment against the price of any Explore trip(s) booked by the winner. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Explore reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize at any time and without notice.
12. The Promoter is Explore Worldwide Ltd, Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA.
