Don't Forget:
1) Medical Conditions – If your customer has any medical conditions which we need to be aware of, or will require special arrangements on tour, please contact us at gsa@explore.co.uk as soon as possible.
2) Pre and Post Tour Packages – We are happy to offer airport transfers and hotel accommodation at the start and end of our tours for customers not travelling on the group flights from London. If you would like to get a quote and check availability please email gsa@explore.co.uk with the Explore booking number and your customers flight details.
3) Dossiers – Please remember to download a dossier from our website. These are available for each tour at the top of the relevant "View tour" page.
4) Visas – guidance is provided on the dossier and through British visa provider Visa Swift using the link below. Please make sure you arrange the necessary travel documents through your normal provider as soon as possible
5) Insurance – Travel insurance is mandatory. Your clients must be fully insured to
travel on our tours. If they have a pre existing medical condition, they must declare it to the insurers and get written confirmation that they are insured for it. They will need to bring copies of their travel insurance documents on tour.
