The royal honeymoon has turned to spotlight to the Seychelles
The Seychelles is accessible to people taking solo holidays, regardless of their budget, the islands' tourism board has said.
Alain St Ange, chief executive officer at the Seychelles Tourism Board, noted that the nation is not as expensive as the perception suggests.
"The whole world believed that the Seychelles was only a destination for the rich … This is definitely not so," he said.
"We have budget priced and styled accommodation units as we have the luxury resorts. All is available in the Seychelles for the world to appreciate and enjoy."
While the Seychelles is a great place to take a relaxing solo holiday, it is also a great place to see nature at its finest, from the top of the mist-covered mountains to the bottom of the translucent sea.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William and Catherine Middleton) jetted off the island nation for their honeymoon.
It is believed that this spotlight on the country will make interest in the Seychelles skyrocket.
